SENIOR WOMEN'S FOOTBALL (Saturday Football)
NW United Women's Southern League & Women's Premier League
WHO:
In 2024, players from Waimak United FC and Nomads United FC came together to form NW United. This partnership will continue into 2026, and we invite both current and new players to join us for the upcoming season. Players must be at least 16 years old and need to register through the Waimak United Registration System. Home Games will be played at Kendall Park, Rangiora Showgrounds, and Tullett Park.
COST:
Option 1: Payment plan — $330 (paid by 18 March)
Option 2: Full fees — $360 (paid over multiple weeks)

WHERE:
The Women’s Southern League and Women’s Premier League teams will compete in the Women’s Canterbury Premiership (wCPL) in 2026, playing home matches at Kendall Park (Kaiapoi) and Tullet Park (Redwood), and away fixtures as scheduled. The final competition schedule will be confirmed and posted shortly.
WHEN:
The season starts on 4th April 2026. There may also be some alternate days or evenings for Cup games or doubleheaders.

INFORMATION:
A squad of approximately 16 players will be formed to compete in the Southern League and Women's Premier League. The Format is 11v11 on a senior pitch under Mainland Competition rules. Results are kept on a league table available on the Mainland Football Website. The uniform is supplied - A shirt, shorts, and socks. Seniors play in wet conditions, only ground conditions cause cancellations. Cancellations will be listed on the Mainland Football Website, and our club website, Facebook and Instagram.

Standard Fee: $350 (paid after 16th March 2025).

CWCL plays in the Mainland Leagues, home (Kendall Park, Kaiapoi) and away. Training twice a week- Monday and Wednesday evenings at Kendall Park, Kaiapoi.

Mainland winter registrations close on 18th March 2025, along with early bird registrations. Standard fees will apply after this date.
Registrations will close while teams are assigned to our Mainland Football Teams. They will reopen once the allocation process is complete. Any late registrations will be added to a waitlist and assigned to teams if there is available space.
It is important if you want to play Mainland Football in 2025, that you register by the 18th March 2025, to be guaranteed a place in a team.
ALL Winter Registrations will close on the 20th April 2025. Any registrations coming in after this date, will go on a waitlist and will not be guaranteed a place in a team.
