Developing Fun-damental skill and movement competency through fun play
- 25 minutes fun activties - 3 x 15 minute games
- 5v5 format
- 7-8 players per team to ensure adequate game time per player.
IN-HOUSE FOOTBALL (Mini Football)
Early Bird Fee: $150 (paid by 1st April 2025).
Standard Fee: $175 (paid after 1st April 2025).
WHERE: Maria Andrews, Coldstream Road, Rangiora.
WHEN: Saturday Mornings- Sessions run from 10:30am - 12:00pm.
Start Date: 2nd May 2026
Finish Date: 29th August 2026
No football on Kings Birthday Weekend, or the middle weekend of July school holidays.
Prizegiving Date: TBC
INFORMATION:
- Shin pads are COMPULSORY.
- If it is deemed unsafe due to heavy rain or cold conditions the session may be cancelled. Cancellations will be listed on the club website and Facebook page.

U9 Grade Festival - 26th & 27th September 2026. Held at Kendall Park, Island Road, Kaiapoi.
This is for those turning 9 in 2026 (no exceptions).
UNIFORM: Players provide their own, shorts and socks (Black is Waimak Colours), shinpads, and boots. The Club will provide a shirt for the season.

South Island or Regional Tournaments - October School Holidays 10th Grade (Mixed and Girls Only Teams) TBC
UNIFORM: Players provide their own shirts, shorts, and socks (Black), shinpads, and boots. Adidas Uniform is to be worn in 2026. Shin pads are COMPULSORY. Boots (no metal studs) are recommended as players may train and play on both turf and grass.
CANCELLATIONS: Grounds and game cancellations will be on the Club website and Facebook page as well as Mainland Football website.
